agent tried to convince me not to do Supernatural. Not in the
beginning, but when it came time to talk about doing next season,
they said ‘Don’t do it’ and I said ‘I wanna do it’. I said
that I want to do it partly because of you guys, partly because of
the fans of the show are so great and it’s such an intense
community that’s so unlike anything else I’ve ever come to
contact with, that it seems like it would be weird not to keep doing
it while I can. It’s funny because people - even my agent - don’t
really understand, they don’t see this, they don’t know about you
guys really, so they just think I’m stupid, but I definitely
appreciate this and I’m trying to be part of it while I can. And I
like the show and I like working with you too because it really is
the most fun work I’ve ever had.”
